3 Individual moves building blocks for success
Head ball should fake Jab step Power Drive Power drive step away Cross over Drive Larry Bird

4 Game Play for Triangle basketball
Court shape is what fits for you facility I have room for 10 baskets 4 students per basket. Triangle is directly under basket and is a 3 meter isometric triangle configuration Courts are roughly 10 meters by 10 meters A inbound 1 meter area is at the top of the court. (inbound line and back line) Game Play for Triangle basketball 2 teams of two players

5 Progression one of game play
Offense is determined by rock paper scissors and also determines tie breaker. Play is started with one player inbounding ball and their teammate in triangle Defense is guarding man to man, one defender is by inbound line and other is outside triangle. Offensive player hits ball to start play teammate tries to get open any type of pass is allowed to inbound. Once ball is in the in bounder must touch the triangle (cut through) and this touch release the ball to shoot dribble or pass. Every pass thereafter must be followed with a triangle area touch to release the dribble shot or pass Rebound off miss team keeps ball and may shoot again or pass to try and score again Defensive rebound is simply a reset to inbound area by defenders. Goal is three in a row for a “win” We typically play 5 minute games then rotate courts. Call your own fouls and violations. Honor the game Jump ball goes to defense

6 Progression Two Adding Give and go
Same rules just add a give and go to offense Do not have to touch triangle to release dribble on give and go Successful give and go equals two point play Score now changes to 7 points for a win with the introductionof two point play

7 Progression three Adding the Two point shot
Same rules Score is now 11 to win Two pointer is taken behind the inbound 1 meter line but not out of bounds May dribble to two point area and shoot Addition of two pointer plus give and go creats more scoring opportunities for offense.

8 Progression Four Backdoor cut
Offense may score another two point play if triangle player cuts up and touches inbound line then cuts back toward triangle and receives a backdoor pass from teammate on inbound or any other time during play Scoring is still 11 points for win

9 Picks and screens (Advanced levels)
Progression Five Picks and screens (Advanced levels) Offense may set screens on floor Screens may only be set by feet still and arms in. A verbal count of one onethousand 3 onethousand 3 onthousand must accompany any pick or screen Scoring off screen is worth 2 points Play to 11 points Any illegal screens are automatic turnover to defense.

10 Bonus mini Game 21 triangle game 2 shooters at top of triangle
Both have ball both shoot Scoring is to 21 points 2 points for all shots taken behind top of triangle 1 point for all shots on diagonal edge of triangle First player to 21 points exactly is winner
