Over $1 million raised annually Support Easter Seals Camps 100% of funds raised directly supports sending children with disabilities to camp The charity of choice among manufacturers, distributors and operators in the Foodservice & Hospitality Industry Membership-based organization with 84 member sponsors 15 Easter Seals Camps across Canada

6 Helping Kids “It gives me a chance to be with friends, with people focusing on my abilities rather than my disability ” I can never thank all of you enough for the service that you provide to my family. I couldn’t afford to send my son to regular camp, let alone one that can handle his specialized needs. 7 How to Get Involved Membership Sponsorship Donor level

8 Membership Your $6, annual contribution goes towards covering administrative costs, ensuring that the money raised through our events goes directly to the sending kids to camp Your Membership includes: Company name & logo on Friends of We Care marketing materials including the website, banner, brochures, letterhead, and other correspondence A company profile page on the Friends of We Care website A table of 8 at the Annual Dinner & Awards Gala (a $3,600 value) Charitable receipt available upon request Appointment of a voting member to the Members Board Invitation to join and get involved with an Event Committee

9 Membership We have seen some of the biggest benefits from Member Sponsor companies come from the opportunities brought about through their sponsorship and involvement with the organization These include: Numerous opportunities to network and make valuable connections with leaders in the Foodservice and Hospitality Industry Involvement in a community of a like-minded foodservice professionals Being a part of an organization that provides fun events which you can build company spirit and team-building on a local, regional, and national level Fulfilling the goal of community responsibility and support for a charitable cause The personal satisfaction of knowing your support is making a real difference to adding joyful experience for kids with disabilities across Canada

Bowling, Trivia, Golf, Skiing, 3-Pitch Softball, Gala Multi-tier sponsorship opportunities available for every event Gold, Silver, Bronze, Participant Work with Friends of We Care to determine camp needs and a project which your company could fund directly Building cabins, kitchens, cleaning up, painting For some companies, supporting an event year to year becomes a tradition and increases their recognition amongst the industry

12 Donor Level Your company can also contribute in any of the following ways: Volunteer for events or on a committee Donate product to our events Participate in our events There are several other ways your company can help. Whether you are a member sponsor, an event sponsor, or neither, you can also contribute in one of the following ways: Donate product to one of our 15 events. We are always seeking donations for food, prizes, and goodie bags Participate in our events. We have lots of great team-building and networking-worthy events throughout the year. Get your company involved by participating in one or several of our annual events and see first hand what it’s all about

Our ambassadors represent the many kids across Canada who benefit from your generosity. These ambassadors go on to great success like graduating from the Julliard School of Music in New York, winning medals as representatives at the Paralympic Games to successful business people. They have many great stories to share and it all started as a We Care ambassador. James Rogan Taylor Hanson
