Need to get better at using this and talking more about it with the staff. But, the idea is to take away behaviors from the academic grade. Ex: If students do not hand work in on time it does not hurt their academic grade. Academic grades are purely based on what students know or do not know.

What impact has this made?
Crandon High School What impact has this made? What impact has this made? Next steps? How did we integrate our systems? Who are we? Who are our students/community? Why integrate our systems? No longer use “PBIS” and “RtI” to refer to the behavior and academic. Presenting to staff as one unit, no longer separate the behavior vs. academic Has become our culture Building Leadership is “RtI” minded Has become our culture: BLT members are thinking of ways to integrate RtI practices. For example: each PLC has a homework make-up policy. ONe suggestion was if a student has 3’s and 4’s in Employability skills they can make up a test because they are making a behavioral effort. Students with 1’s and 2’s cannot.
