Betafence has developed a new railing system, in line with the current trend of decorative residential railings.
The new CreaZen railing concept differentiates on different levels:

STYLISH
This panel, with its criss-cross design of natural lines, is inspired by the current trend of decorative new style railings. A modern take on a classical concept.
PURE DESIGN
The square tubes of this particular fence panel provide a balanced aesthetic and a clean-cut look.
SLEEK INSTALLATION
This new panel retains its sleek exterior thanks to almost invisible fixings, and is also easy to install with our compatible range of Bekafix posts and fixators.

Horizontal rectangular tubes 40 x 20 x 2.00 mm
Vertical square tubes 20 x 20 x 1.50 mm
Panel construction:
The vertical tubes are welded at both sides of the horizontal tubes
In a “criss-cross” way (but not ‘at random’, i.e. all panels have the same design)
Spacing between the vertical tubes : maximum 110 mm
Finishing:
Panels are hot dip galvanized
And subsequently polyester (PES) coated

By means of bolts and nuts, the fixation clamps are bolted through the Bekafix post.
The clamp enters the horizontal profile of the panel.

What
‘Hinge’ corner piece for making corners. The standar fixation clamp can be bolted on the fixator for fixation of the panel to the post.

The corner piece “hinges” and allows corners of 90° to 180°.

13. 5. Installation accessories 5.5 Installation on slopes
Installation on slopes is possible, by using the plastic fixation clamps
& standard black metal Bekafix fixators (SAP ).
Way of working:
Bolt the plastic clamp to a Bekafix fixator (by means of an M6 stainless steel bolt & nut)
Fix the fixator to the post (by means of a hammer), on the required height
Slope steps of 25 mm can be made.
Need: 2 clamps per post (per slope step) + =

Wing: CreaZen panel with a 60x40 mm tube welded at both sides.
The frame is hot dip galvanized and PES coated.

Each gate has 2 gate posts, for installation in concrete (posts are included in the packaging).
