Have you seen the Maths Department Website?
It has lots of help and advice to aid your understanding of maths.
Find revision guides, past papers, video tutorials, worksheets and presentations, all designed to help you to do well.
There is a revision programme there to help you plan your time and maximise the effectiveness of your revision.
When requested the user name = mathswatch and password = maths2012
Access to each member of the maths department’s personal web pages. Some teachers have a password. The one you might need is…………………………..
A free downloadable mental maths app
A web page which contains specific revision links for the Edexcel GCSE linear exam and some past papers with mark schemes.
Other webpages you might use are:
An app that can be either downloaded or used on a desktop which identifies which areas of maths are strengths and weaknesses.
This information can then be used to target revision through the use of the mathswatch videos or worksheets.
You will need to register if you haven’t done so already. You will need your class name – ask your teacher if you are unsure.
Maths Surgery
There will be a member of the maths department in Room 120 every Wednesday from 3:30pm – 4:15pm and on Friday lunchtimes.
Please come with issues you may have, such as difficulties with a specific exam question or an area that you need help with.

You must bring the correct equipment to every lesson.
