2. The girls spent a lot of their time playing together with dolls
The girls spent a lot of their time playing together with dolls. They had a day care with multicultural dolls, and made up a whole series of adventures.

3. We had an attempt to play with a Beadoz kit (you make a picture from tiny plastic balls and then spray them with water till they stick to a solid ornament). It failed despite everyone’s efforts, as the beads won’t stick.

4. The girls had an excellent time in the tents!

Our friends and neighbours Angelina and David moved out of the strata so Emma and Virginia came by to say goodbye and bring us beautiful dolls!

8. We spent a morning at the park with Sophie and her adorable kids Dan, Nell and baby Cara.

10. By chance, Hahgoot met her friend from school Hannah and the girls played together. The park was full as there was a birthday party going on as well.

11. Hahgoot, in the striped purple jumper in the middle, had a fabulous time joining in the “kids squished slide”.
For me it was especially moving to see, as a couple of years ago she wouldn’t even climb on a slide, let alone be confident enough to be “squished” in a crowd of kids.

The girls celebrated the last day of the school holidays with an ice cream after day care.
