To explain the changes to the new GCSE grading system To explain the changes of the new exam requirements To have an opportunity to speak to subject staff To learn more about Higher/Further Education

8 Developing A Growth Mindset
Quick A B Gain Experience Purposeful praise – highlight them importance of asking for feedback, as this is a key behaviour you want them to repeat in the future Create an environment that isn’t threatening and that doesn’t ridicule failure (get them to talk about this) Highlight what skills/life lessons they have learnt along the way
