3. Electric and Gas Supply Pricing
In the deregulated states competing suppliers can often save commercial and industrial businesses a tremendous amount of money on their energy supply costs.  
We’ll submit the customer’s electric and/or natural gas usage to multiple suppliers who will compete for their business. We’ll then prepare an analysis comparing their current rate with the alternate best offer and calculate their projected savings.
Minimum Usage for Pricing:
Electric: 25,000 kWh/month
Natural Gas : 1,000 dth/month

7. Pricing Process Step 1: Submit for Pricing
For indicative pricing in PECO, all we require are the Account Numbers and Billing Addresses.
Full one month’s bills needed for all other utilities. Letter of Authorization (requested; not required) helps get sharper pricing and registers Agent as Broker of Record.

Step 2: Present Savings Analysis to Customer
Non-binding “indicative” pricing and savings analysis typically sent to Agent within 24 hours.
Custom pricing, if requested, typically available within 5-7 business days.
Live Reverse Auction available for Large Commercial and Industrial customers.
Step 3: Agreement Generated and Signed
24 hours notice preferred for contract generation; sooner if necessary.
Bids and agreements valid until close of business daily.
Step 4: Agent Paid
Payment to Agent within 30 days of payment to Avalon Energy from supplier.
Residual Monthly Payments - for term of contract and any renewal by Agent.
