eBilling Services - CBILL
CBILL is the new eBilling service developed in Italy by the CBI Consortium together with the major Financial Institutions It is a technical and business solution supporting the process of sending and collecting bills (including insurance policies premiums) issued by both corporates and public sector entities commonly known as large Billers CBILL allows debtor users – both retail and corporate clients – to pay their bills through a multichannel approach (i.e. via Internet Banking, ATM machines, mobile phones, etc.) as well as to check the relevant documents about the sum due to the Biller following the provision of a service Benefits for the BILLER: The Biller client will be promptly notified about each payment received Simplification of accounting reconciliation processes Wider range of the commercial offer to the user Benefits for the DEBTOR: Considerably increased number of payment options e.g. possibility of paying insurance premiums or utility bills via eBanking
