SPEAK-OUT STEPS Specific time you’ve experienced (racism, sexism, etc.)-one that’s painful and one you want to share. Shake my hands, vent, and say the least polite thing to the “bigot”, knowing they will never hear this. Is there anything you want to say or hear from the group so you’ll sit down proud for sharing this? Let’s see a show of hands of those who will make an increased commitment to remember this story and use it to help be a better ally and fight against (racism, sexism etc).
