3. Long Haul: 20 flown return tickets = 1 free return ticket. AND
Reward scheme:
Long Haul: 20 flown return tickets = 1 free return ticket.
AND
Medium Haul: 40 flown return tickets = 1 free return ticket, if the event takes place outside France or The Netherlands. OR
Medium Haul: 50 flown return tickets = 1 free return ticket, if the event takes place inside France or The Netherlands.
Please note:
Long Haul: tickets to and/or from outside IATA Europe + Israel
Medium Haul: tickets within IATA Europe + Israel, domestic France flights are excluded.
Maximum of 5 Long Haul reward tickets per event.
Surplus of Long Haul reward tickets can be added to Medium Haul.

You receive a communication kit including a link with the event ID code and official logos.
You include on your website:
The unique link to the booking tool.
The Air France & KLM Global Meetings logo.
The Official Carriers logo.
Your participants can then easily log in via link with assigned ID code, to book their discounted Air France – KLM airline tickets online.

5. Conditions:
Your event has to be registered with AIR FRANCE-KLM Global Meetings & Events and the event ID has to be communicated to the event participants.
If you work with a travel agent, they need to be authorized by AIR FRANCE- KLM to use the Global Meetings & Events fares.
You expect that there will be at least 10 participants attending your event.
Groups, meaning 10 or more customers travelling together, will be handled via the regular group process.
AIR FRANCE and KLM should be communicated as preferred carriers in the event related communications.

Local Air France – KLM call centers numbers will “pop-up” in booking tool based on country of departure.
