Herbs & Spices Herbs Spices Blends The leaves of the plant.
Basil, Oregano, Thyme Spices Dried roots, stems, and seeds of the plant. Mustard, Cloves, Cinnamon Blends Combinations of ground herbs and spices. Italian Seasoning Seasoned Salt

Using Herbs & Spices Dried herbs have a more concentrated flavor than fresh herbs (about 3x). You may need to adjust your amounts in the recipe. Use a bouquet garni to easily add and remove spices and herbs when cooking.
