3. WARRIOR Fundamentals
EFFORT – 100% sprint pursuit expected on every play. (Warrior Drill)
Assignment – 90% or above “DO YOUR JOB!!!” - Hose Drill progression, Drill when tired.
MAKE THE PLAY – 90% make the play when it presents itself.
Each player graded for warrior reward sticker every game.
Eight Games = Reward T-shirt (to be worn on game day.)

4. Results Over 6 Seasons
5A playoffs round of 16 or better 5 of 6 seasons.
Less than 100 yds rushing per game.
Less than 225 ypg total offense.
+15 turnover margin per season.
40+ Sacks per season.
