With 25+ years of strategic and creative marketing experience, John loves building business transformations from the inside out.
After years as an agency owner, Creative Director and Copywriter for global, external brands, John cut his employee engagement teeth as Marketing Director for The FISH! Philosophy, the global employee engagement, retention and performance system.
Currently, as Frank’s Business Development Director, John employs his passion for authentic conversations every day.
Elissa brings nearly 20 years of award-winning, creative and strategic communication expertise across all on- & off-line media.
In addition to her many years in the advertising and marketing world as a Copywriter (including a stint with the globally-recognized employee engagement system, The FISH! Philosophy), Elissa also has past experience in Account Planning and Strategic Development.
Now leading Frank's Training group, Elissa loves building bridges and creating solutions for change challenges of all kinds.
Jody delivers 20+ years of award-winning Art Direction and Design expertise as Frank’s Creative Director.
Building off her rich demographic- and consumer-centric skills from external marketing, Jody offers a unique, hands-on perspective to her internal projects, team members and partners.
Currently leading Frank’s Marketing & Creative Department, Jody runs a diverse team of copywriters, designers, videographers, editors, language translators and coders – bringing creative solutions to IT change every single day.
