Please note it is not realistic for a new facility to become licensed in a month. -Discuss new construction- we encourage the applicant to go ahead and submit part A. This will allow time for any needed modifications during building. With existing buildings, the applicant is responsible for bringing the facility up to the most recent licensing rules and regulations prior to being granted PTO. -Plans reviewed on first come / first received basis. *NOTE: You are not allowed to provide care until PTO (permission-to-operate) is granted.
