SWOT OF THE CHAPTER
Strengths:
1) Counselling /motivated for CS Course who are all visit the chapter office or Telephone queries.
2) Responsible for CS Online Registration who are not aware of online registration for CS foundation and Executive programmes
3) Conducting Career Awareness Programmes for Rural and Urban areas
Weakness:
No more visibility for Career Awareness Programmes Rural areas.
no more prefer Online class for OTC
OPPORTUNITIES
1) Its is Educational Hub . More then No. 450 colleges , commerce & management , PUC colleges under in mangalore chapter
2) Create Awareness and visibility for CS Course through CAP Programmes & Conduct Commerce Faculty Awareness programmes each Distract wise to take support them to CAP Programmes and awareness for own college students
4) To Conduct OTC Class Morning , evening and full time batches If HQ support will start to online classes for all students

3. STRATEGY  TO INCREASE REGISTRATION – STEPS ALREADY TAKEN, STEPS TO BE TAKEN
We have try to improve our visibility through Conducting Career Awareness Programmes for all areas - Rural & Harban
who are all students participated CAP seminars in 2016 the same we have sent information through SMS regarding registration last dates and OTC Classes, and support to the online registration through Chapter office premises.
Contact and Sent request letters to College Principals & HOD of Commerce to take permission to cap programmes
STEPS TO BE TAKEN:
We are planning to Start to Telephone talk who are students to attended the CAP programmes in year 2016 regarding counselling and motivate the CS course and job opportunities
Free of cost for Bulk online registration for college students who are all come to same college, with permission of College principal or HOD
Counsellors CAP programmes will be increased who are all completed 50 CAP the same will be increased at least 75 CAP per year with premonition through HQ
Chapter office udder District will be appoint at least 2 counsellors its affects may be getting good registration
We will try appointed counsellor for chapters and the areas under jurisdiction

4. Month-wise micro controls to achieve the targets
Monthly conducting at least 5 CAP programmers
Making Telephone calls to students to motivate /counseling for CS course and other job opportunities.
Monthly send to SMS who are all the CAP participated students to give information to registration for CS course and other online registration support
SMS send to all the CAP participated students through HQ or Chapter office
