2. Trout in the Classroom
Raising Brook Trout In the classroom shows us that all fish live differently. They also teach us about coldwater conservation while raising brook trout from eggs to fingerlings in a classroom aquarium.

3. About Trout in the Classroom
Students Will Develop a connection from the classroom aquariums to ecosystems
Monitor and record water quality and trout behavior
Recognize trout as an “indicator species”
Engage in conservation-oriented, community programs and projects
Develop an appreciation of coldwater conservation
