1 AHS Payer Access user reference Guide

2 Access VPN via SecureAuth OTP
When launching the CISCO VPN your icon will display as follows: Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client will appear. vpn.ahss org will be displayed Select Connect

3 Access VPN via SecureAuth OTP
Login by inputting your OPID and Password. You will then be prompted to enter the SecureAuth password.

4 Access VPN via SecureAuth OTP
Once you have Secured your VPN access you will need to access the Citrix- iconnect Located at the bottom of the screen will be a link: Citrix- iconnect- you will need to click the link to be directed to the app tools.

5 Accessing Powerchart Once Citrix- iconnect you will need to log in with your OPID and password. Powerchart application tools will be displayed. You will only see the App tools that are appropriate for your domain. P149E- App- Tools P149C- Apps Tools You will only see the App Tools for your region.

6 Accessing Powerchart Once your appropriate domain is selected.
CONTINUED Once your appropriate domain is selected. Select Millennium Apps After you click the Millennium Apps Select Powerchart/ You can type power-chart and it will bring you directly to the icon

7 Accessing Powerchart You will be required to enter your username

8 Accessing Powerchart CONTINUED Once in Powerchart, you should see your patient list (*note patient list includes active and <30 days post discharge). Patient list can be sorted by left clicking on the column header of your choice . Access the patient health record by left clicking on the patients name.

9 Powerchart The menu “PUSHPIN” allows for you Hide/Show the main menu. The Blue Banner Bar displays the patients current status and registration date/time. *Note that the date/time is not the date/time of the physician order, but the date and time the patient was registered at the facility. To access a chart selection for review, left click on the selection title.

11 Powerchart Register As orders can be found in the “PowerOrders ”section of the chart, under “ADT Status/Condition”: : The physicians “Register AS” or “Admission Order” (INPT/OBS/OP) order cab be found in the ADT Status/condition section of PowerOrders. To view when the order was signed, select the “HISTORY” tab from the “ORDER DETALS”.

12 ClinPic “ClinPic” gives you a clinical overview of the patient:

13 Medication (MAR) The MAR allows you to see what medications have been prescribed and when they were administered:

14 Clinical Notes The following can be found within the Clinical Notes:

15 Patient Information “Patient Information” select the “PPR Summary” tab to view active provider relationship (Primary Care Physician, Care Manager, DC Planner, Consulting Physicians, etc):
