8. HiSET Resources - Updates Annually
September 2017 release:
New sets of practice tests: FPT7, PPT7 and OPT7
In 2018, only OPT will be released
Updated Are you Ready chart, Test Taker Bulletin, Program Manual
2018 Test At A Glance
2018 TAAG will note increase in test items for all subjects due to inclusion of pilot items. Writing, Reading, Sci, SS will have 60 questions and Math 55 questions. No increase in test time but will result in new answer sheets for 2018.

9. HiSET Updates and Reminders
July 5 enhancement – retake credit reflected in test taker’s profile on “My Discount” link
For retake fees to be waived, schedule with HiSET customer service or TAS. Review monthly invoice
Do not prepopulate answer sheets
Test materials return this year will be easier to track because of test book serialization
TAS will place order for 2018 materials enough to cover 50% of seat capacity. Not shipping to sites who have not tested in 90 days or no test calendar for Jan. 2018
Overdue accounts – HiSET may start implementing suspension of testing. Vouchers/test prep orders will not be processed if previous order is unpaid
Biggest risk in prepopulating a form or test code and handing TT a different book. This could result in incorrect score. Other errors result in delayed score reporting.
