Fats are also know as lipids. Like carbohydrates, fats contain only three kinds of atom-carbon, hydrogen and oxygen. A fat molecule is made of four smaller molecules joined together. One of these is glycerol. Attached to the glycerol are three long molecules called fatty acid. Fats are insoluble in water. Fats that are liquid at room temperature are called oils.
The simplest kinds of carbohydrates are the simple sugar or monosaccharides. Glucose is a simple sugar. A glucose molecule is made of six carbon atoms jointed in a ring, with the hydrogen and oxygen atoms pointing out from and into the ring.

Carbohydrates include starches and sugars. Their molecules contain three kinds of atom- carbon(c), hydrogen(h) and oxygen(o). A carbohydrates molecule has about twice as many hydrogen atom as carbon or oxygen atoms
Proteins molecules contain some kinds of atoms which carbohydrates and fat do not. As well as carbon, hydrogen and oxygen, they also contain nitrogen(n)
And small amount of sulfer.
Like polysaccharide, proteins molecules are made of long chains of smaller molecules jointed end to end. These smaller molecules are called amino acid .
