Intoxication: Drunkenness (root is toxic which means poison) Affects judgment as well as motor function Alcoholism is a major problem Liver problems, Heart problems and Cancer

Depressants usually used to relieve pain Morphine, heroin and codeine Addiction to morphine AKA soldiers disease Heroin was the hero Intravenous use Horrible side effects and withdrawal

Marijuana Impairs perception and coordination, impairs memory and learning, can cause anxiety and confusion, raises heart rate, time distortion LSD (ACID) Intense hallucinations Unpredictable effects Flashbacks
