Point Entrance Requirements
ACT score – 20 SAT score – 1050 GPA – 3.0 (85% +/- on the 100 point scale) ACT & SAT scores are waived for juniors & seniors with minimum 3.0 GPA.

What about books? Standard book policy in MOWR
State pays $75.00 credit towards text Student pays the difference. (Many textbooks cost $100’s.)

Course related fees Course related fees or supplies may include: lab fees, materials, supplies, tools and equipment. Course related fees or supplies do not include books and MOWR does not provide for course related fees. Point University charges a fee of $75.00 for all labs.

MOWR/Point Application Process
Complete and return the application for admission online at point.edu/apply. Official Transcript Send an official high school transcript to Point University. Since you are still in high school, submit a transcript with your grades and credits thus far. Point must have an official copy once courses are complete. Dual Credit Enrollment Form Send this form to Point once completed and signed by you, a guardian and high school counselor. Test Scores Tests are not required of juniors and seniors with a college prep 3.0 GPA (85% GPA on the 100 point scale) and counselor approval. MOWR Financial Aid – must be completed online and done EVERY Semester. THIS IS CRITICALLY IMPORTANT! Link is GaFutures.org

Fall 2017 MOWR DEADLINES for Point Campus
Admissions for fall is open. Apply ASAP. May 1, 2017 – Early acceptance registration deadline. ALL paperwork must be COMPLETE by that date. June 30, For on-campus only, this is the hard deadline.
