Patron-requested borrowing increases the volume significantly over traditional ILL
Added benefit of an expanded courier network is that the more you can use the network for shipping, the lower your costs will be

20. What Do We Know So Far?
Growing Pains:
We anticipated 3-6 months to completely establish a new system
We need system checks for scanning – we need data!
New routes & new processes including some overnight service
But anecdotally, we have fewer lost/missing materials and fewer claims
But what do we know & what about reports?

We continue to make outreach efforts within the reach of our geographic footprint: South to Texas; North up to Iowa and all along our contiguous borders.
We continue to add new member libraries, which helps everyone
