Interactive computer tool to facilitate multi-criteria assessment for water resource options in a stakeholder context.
Designed specifically to be able to be used in conjunction with outputs from the WEAP model and stakeholder processes

MCA-WEAP is a new Excel-based model, built off NAPAssess which has been developed by SEI-B for Sudan and Yemen for use in their NAPA processes
