IESG State: In IETF Last Call Changes to -06 (based on INT area reviews) Added clarifying comments and terminology. § 3: “… all IPv6 multicast packets SHOULD be broadcast at the MAC layer and filtered at the IPv6 layer” changed to MUST. § 5: explicitly state that all nodes MUST support RFC 6282 header compression. § 12: Added a reference to draft-ietf-6lo-privacy-considerations.
