Do now: Why is paraphrasing a very important skill to learn? What are the two strategies we learned last time?

"There are some animals, such as tigers and elephants, which roam large areas in the wild, that should never be held captive (Text #3 ll. 8-9).” This evidence means there are some animals, such as tigers and elephants, which walk or run large areas in the wild, that should never be caught to put in the zoo.

4 Strategy 2: Change the passive voice to the active voice
