2. Activities- Annual Dinner Party
This year, Kendrion Suzhou organized a wonderful outing and annual dinner in Xiaman from 16th to 19th of January. In order to perform Kendrion’s Cooperate Social Responsibility (CSR), all staff went green by high-speed train.
Our company held the Annual Dinner on the joyful night of January 16th. We enjoyed this New Year celebration in Xiamen, a city called “Garden on the sea”. Mr.Juergen Weisshaar, our general manager gave us a great speech, in which he said “Over the years it has proven that it’s the right thing to insist our high quality level. The customers learned to appreciate that, so they come back with follow-up projects. Especially the forward looking customers who create business in the overseas markets need us as a reliable partner. Thank you for all your great efforts and support in 2015.” Mr.Juergen Weisshaar summarized the company’s performance in 2015 and expressed his wishes of Some loyal employees were rewarded for 5 years’ service and 10 years’ service and they said it’s really a great honor for them. We prepared various kinds of gifts for games and the lucky draws. In the party, we were singing, drinking and dancing happily. Our employees had a good time together and felt closer with each other. Thanks to the joint efforts of different departments, the party was a great success.

3. Activities- Annual Outing
In the next three days, we went outing to visit Xiamen’s famous scenic spots, like Xiamen University and South Putuo Temple. It made us known more of Xiamen history after we watched an ancient military show in the Hulishan Fort Barbette. From the time we landed on the island—Gulangyu, we were all lost in this beautiful island which is surrounded by the blue sea. All of us enjoyed this kind of green outing, even though we had to walk by ourselves because there were no vehicles. We also took some interesting photos with each other when roamed between a lot of funny shops and western old buildings. There were no hierarchy of leadership relations, everyone was a member of Kendrion big family in this outing. We are looking forward to the next year outing!
