Beginning of the war The war was the result of the political American Revolution. The reason of the first conflict between The Kingdom of Great Britain and America was connected with tea. In Boston's port the tea thrown out into the sea. Then English soldiers faced the population of Boston. Throw out – выкидывать;

6 The reasons of the first collision
The port was closed. In 1774 took place the first Continental Congress in Philadelphia . Collision – столкновение;

7 The history of war The first battle for independence was on the 19 of April in 1775, not far from Boston. The British army suffered heavy casualties because their enemy's took them prisoner. In British invaded the New – York and Philadelphia. They show great courage and won. In 1778 France declared the war on Great Britain. The Battles began around the world.

More than 25,000 American Revolutionaries died during active military service. About 8,000 of these deaths were in battle; the other 17,000 recorded deaths were from disease, including about 8,000–12,000 who died of starvation. About 1,240 were killed in battle, while 18,500 died from disease. The greatest killer was scurvy. About 42,000 British sailors deserted during the war. No reliable statistics exist for the number of casualties among other groups, including British, Native Americans, French and Spanish troops, and civilians. Scurvy – цинга; Reliable – достоверный;
