But how do we achieve this mission?
Well, we have a business model which we have developed called the ‘Joint Effort Enterprise’ or the JEE for short.
This model outlines how we intend to go on delivering the best fruit products.
There are three strands to the JEE. The first strand is about the type of people we employ, the second strand is about how we behave towards each other, and the third strand is about what we do together.
I will explain a bit more about each of these strands over the next few slides…
Put simply our model espouses the idea that a business works best if it is inclusive, socially equal and is profitable.
The JEE Virtuous Cycle is an extension of our core principles and is intended to encapsulate all the things we think our important and to illustrate how our business aims to bring out the best in people and fruit to make a profit so that we can improve wellbeing.

8. Amanfrom KVIP has eradicated cholera in the community
At Sekykrom Kindergarten the pupil population has risen from 55 to over 1200 pupils in the two years since the project was completed
Attendance at Fotobi Junior High School has also increased by 45%
Attendance at Akraman Primary School has increased by 50%
