Listening for Understanding Exercise (7 minutes)
In pairs – chose a Speaker and a Listener Speaker tells about a challenge s/he faces at work Listener listens for understanding After listening for about 3 minutes Listener asks the Speaker if Listener can tell the Speaker what they have heard so far.
