No. This event is exclusively for FMG member retailers that carry Simmons Beautyrest mattresses and foundations.

3 Which Simmons products are included in the event?
Consumers qualify for a weekend getaway certificate by purchasing one of the following Simmons Beautyrest mattress and foundation sets: Beautyrest Recharge Beautyrest Recharge World Class Beautyrest Recharge Hybrid Beautyrest Black ComforPedic IQ ComforPedic from Beautyrest Note: Promotional Simmons products not included.

Wyndham Hotel Group Includes: Wyndham Grand, Wyndham Garden, Wyndham Hotels, Ramada, Days Inn, Wingate, Hawthorn, Microtel, Baymont, Howard Johnson, Travelodge, Knights Inn Each store has been sent flyers for this event which should be made available to sales associates and consumers. The flyer details the qualifying items that must be purchased in order for a customer to receive the 2 night stay voucher. The flyer clearly states the dates of the event. The event is for customers making a qualifying purchase between August 1 and August 20. Reminder: This offer is only available to FMG members. What has to happen for the customer to get the 2-Night Getaway certificate? Here are the steps(continued): Customer makes purchase. Store provides Customer a flyer explaining how to go about getting their 2 Night Wyndham Getaway Certificate. (see flyer2, right). Stores will receive flyers to be given customers at time of sale. If, for any reason, flyers are not available, it is possible to go to the Current News page at or (no password) to download and print a copy of the flyer which can be given to the customer. What has to happen for the customer to get the 2 Night Getaway certificate? Here are the steps(continued): 2. Record of qualifying sale. At the conclusion of the event, each participating retailer must provide to FMG a listing of all Customers that have made a qualifying purchase during the event. This simple spreadsheet requires a modest amount of information--name, address, phone, retailer, branch, date and items purchased. Go to Current News to view. 7 What has to happen for the customer to get the 2 Night Getaway certificate?
Here are the steps (continued): 3. Upon completion of sale (purchased items are delivered to the customer) store is to notify FMG using the Dealer Worksheet (see prior page) that the Customer should be sent a voucher. FMG will notify Capitol Marketing that the voucher is to be released to the Customer. DRAFT Voucher REQUEST must submitted by retailer to FMG/Capitol Marketing on or before October 1, 2014.

8 What has to happen for the customer to get the 2 Night Getaway certificate?
Here are the steps (continued): 4. Customer receives the voucher from Capitol Marketing. The voucher can be completed in writing and returned to Capitol Marketing by mail OR completed on-line by visiting and entering the voucher certificate number.

9 What has to happen for the customer to get the 2 Night Getaway certificate?
Here are the steps (continued): 5. Customer chooses a hotel and two night period. Customer redeems the voucher by following the instructions on the voucher certificate. Certificates are good for 12 months from the date of issue. Limitations: 12-month redemption period All trips are fully transferable 35-day advance notice required for all hotel destination Black Out Dates – Weeks of Thanksgiving, Christmas & New Years, Labor Day Weekend, July 4th & Memorial Day Weekend

10 How is the event being supported?
Vinyl 24 x 62.5" banner signs have been designed for all FMG stores. The banners are designed to accommodate grommets so that they can be used on X-stands, mounted to a wall, or hung from the ceiling. The graphic design files for banner signs are available at Higher resolution image may be obtained by contacting Printed card stock inserts have also been ordered. Card stock inserts will be distributed by Simmons representatives. Each store will be responsible to have flyers available for customers that purchase a qualifying product between August 1, 2014 and August 20, Flyers are being sent to stores in advance of the event. 11 Suggested information for use in any advertising your store might produce.
Receive 2 Night Wyndham Getaway certificate by mail. Customers will receive a voucher for a 2 Night Wyndham Getaway certificate from Capitol Marketing/Meridian upon completion of the sale. The voucher is to be completed by the consumer either by mail or on-line. Offer valid for purchases made between August 1, 2014 and August 20, at participating dealers only. Only one 2-Night Wyndham Getaway certificate per voucher. Upon receipt of the completed voucher, Capitol Marketing/Meridian will process the request and mail the 2 Night Wyndham Getaway certificate directly to the purchasing consumer in 2 to 4 weeks. In case of a return or cancellation, the value of the travel certificate will be deducted from any refund. Certificates are completely transferable, but may not be resold under any circumstances. Certificates will only be mailed to the original purchaser. Voucher REQUEST must submitted by retailer to FMG/Capitol Marketing on or before October 1, 2014. All taxes are the responsibility of the person receiving the redemption. Prior sales excluded.
