1. CFSC Backdrop Assembly
#1-Locate 4 large upright panels
#2-Place the panels face down in Northeast corner of ice surface with panel number one closest to the warm- room – top-side facing southwest

2. CFSC Backdrop Assembly #2
#3-Locate the sandbags for counterweights
#4-Place adjoining large panels beside panel #1, leaving room for doorway section between #2 and #3
#5-place #4 large panel at the end toward the home bench, leaving a gap for the skaters to return to the warm room

3. CFSC Backdrop Assembly #3
#6-Locate the other panel parts and place them face down near the work area
#7-Attach panel large #1 to panel large #2 and slide the fastener over through the slot and fasten with the clasp
#8-Attach panel large #3 to panel large #4 and slide the fastener over through the slot and fasten with the clasp

4. CFSC Backdrop Assembly #4
#9-Using 2-3 people, raise the 1-2 section onto the feet and have a helper place a counterweight on the outrigger leg
#10-Using 2-3 people, raise the section 3-4 onto the feet and have a helper place a counterweight on the outrigger leg
#11-Space the base sections out close to the final placement

5. CFSC Backdrop Assembly #5
#12-Locate the small upper panels and assemble them face-down

8. CFSC Backdrop Assembly #8
#13-Attach the two medium panels together and slide the fastener through the slot and fasten the clasp
#14-Attach the vertical “wings” using the fasteners as these form a 90 degree angle with the large panels above the doorway

9. CFSC Backdrop Assembly #9
#15-Locate and place two large ladders where the large panels make a doorway
#16-With help, raise the upper doorway panel and place it above the opening
#17-Have someone behind the backdrop slide the fasteners across to lock the upper panel in place and latch them

10. CFSC Backdrop Assembly #10
#18-Locate the entire Assembly into it's final location
#19-Using a ladder, attach the curtain-rod and curtain
#20-Place the lights and decorations, etc.
#21-Be sure the unit will not fall over and enjoy the new “professional look” of the Cannington Figureskating Club.

This instruction tutorial may not be complete and utmost care should be taken when working on ice and at heights.
Please be sure this unit is fastened and balanced completely before the show, as it could topple. Replace the panels to the top of the storage room when completed.
