1. SET GOALS THAT MOTIVATE YOU Make sure your goals are IMPORTANT TO YOU there is VALUE in achieving them. They relate to the HIGH PRIORITIES in your life. Through desire a man, having separated himself, seeketh and intermeddleth with all wisdom – Prov 18:1

Ensure they are “SMART” Goals: Specific - clear and well defined Measurable - precise amounts, dates, etc. so you can measure your degree of success. Attainable - possible to achieve. Relevant - relevant to the direction you want your life and career to take. Time Bound - have a deadline.

Write Goals Down writing down a goal makes it real and tangible. Frame your goal statement positively. And the LORD answered me, and said, Write the vision, and make it plain upon tables, that he may run that readeth it. - Habakkuk 2:2
