2. What is a FACT? A fact is something you can prove to be true.
It is something you can look up in a book or see with your own eyes.
Some facts will never change:
Thanksgiving is celebrated on the 4th Thursday of November.
Some facts will change:
This year we went to Aunt Melba’s for Thanksgiving.

3. The turkey doesn’t agree! That’s what makes the sentence an OPINION!
What is an OPINION?
An opinion is the way a person feels or thinks.
It is something you CANNOT prove or look up in a book.
EXAMPLE: I really love eating turkey on Thanksgiving.
