Course Overview :
This programme is designed for people in critical well control positions on drilling installations as well as onshore roles. The candidates will complete an IWCF accredited training course, taught according to IWCF syllabus, in order to prepare them for assessment.

Who should attend :
Level 3 - Recommended for any role that is expected to shut-in a well. A Level 2 course should be successfully completed prior to taking a Level 3 course. Roles Include but not limited to Driller, Assistant Driller, Equivalent positions in well servicing and Equivalent positions in intervention operations.
Level 4 - Recommended in addition to content covered in Level 3 training, wellsite supervisory and office-based personnel that are primarily involved with the well design and operational decision making process. Also those involved with potential well kill methodology should be trained to this high level.

This syllabus is divided into two sections;
Section.1 Practical Assessment (Simulator)

The written test syllabus is divided into 2 sections;

Written Paper Test (by IWCF Invigilator)
Note: Participants have to score minimum of 70% in each of the tests to qualify for the IWCF certificate. Validity of the IWCF certificate is two years. If a participant fails in any of the paper, he can re sit in the failed paper within two calendar months . Two attempts are allowed for re sit during this period.
IWCF Certification is issued under TPTI center accreditation approved by IWCF and upon the successful of testing
