1 Pair of trainers for dry activities 1 Pair of trainers for water activities 1 Pair of Wellingtons if its muddy Old jogging bottoms / shorts Sweat shirts / T - shirts Plenty of socks / underwear 2 towels Waterproofs Night - wear Toiletries (Please note that aerosols are not permitted.) Pocket Money for the 'Rock Shop!' – No more than £ 10.00 Torch Camera (to be clearly marked) Teddy Bear! Packed lunch for the first day and either popcorn or a bag of sweets for the film night. Water bottle This list is a general guide for those pupils who are taking part in the activity programme. Please consider the weather when packing and bring plenty of changes of clothing. Please ensure all items are clearly labeled. The Centre provide ALL the bedding, so we ask you NOT to bring your own.

A medication form has been issued
A medication form has been issued. Please ensure these have been completed carefully and correctly and returned to school. If you have any concerns or special medication or dietary requirements please speak to us tonight or arrange a separate meeting. In addition to the Rock Centre staff both staff attending have been trained in first aid. Medication

The children would be expected to behave as they would in a school environment.
Parents will be phoned and asked to collect their child if their behaviour puts the safety of others at risk. Behaviour
