This is the last food my mom cook for me before I go to Canada Little story about this food: - Beef is a pan-fried beef with onions, bell peppers, and soy sauce of Vietnamese cuisine inspired by French cuisine. 9 Fifth step Put the oil with chopped garlic in to another pan mix with big fire in 30 seconds . - then put the beef in and turn down the fire - mix and cook 7 mins.

10 Final step Put the beef and onion, bell pepper in to one pan with normal fire - mix and waiting for 10 mins
