Enhance the partnership between states and the federal OJJDP by expanding training, technical assistance, research and evaluation
Expand juvenile crime prevention efforts by reauthorizing and increasing funding for Title II, Title V and JABG
Safeguard vulnerable and high risk youth who are in need of mental health and substance abuse services
