Currently, it is the need of the hour to find a way to stop the crimes of this manner and to stop the upcoming generation from treading into the wrong path. Also there is a question of whether punishing a juvenile is right or wrong and about the level of punishment when charged guilty Through the course of this discussion we will look into this issue from five different perspectives namely the juvenile’s, the parents, the society’s, the judiciary and the human rights groups.
