91 days in advance – cut space without penalty
65 days in advance – names due to airline
45 – 30 days in advance – tickets issued

4. Rules are general and may or may not apply to your airline
Frontier & Southwest are not always the same – they may have shorter windows for deposits & ticketing and different rules for comps
as well as International carriers

5. Details for ticketing Tickets to be issued 45 – 30 days in advance
Comps may be negotiated at time of res
Usually 1/30 for domestic –
