Introduction Homopolymer PFpC3P aggregates into vesicles in the THF/H2O

4 Preparation of nanosheet nanostructures
Initial polymer concentration= 1mg/ml Volume=1 ml DMSO Adding 9 ml water Colloid Briefly shaking Homopolymer PFpC3P aggregates in the DMSO/H2O

5 Characterization of nanosheet nanostructures-TEM
TEM images distinctly show that nanosheet nanostructures are formed

6 Characterization of nanosheet nanostructures-AFM
Dipping method to prepare the sample Phase contrast mode Height mode Corresponding height profile along the scan lines 5.68 nm Nanosheet nanostructures ( the height of nanostructure 3.3 nm) are found in the AFM images

7 Temperature-induced morphology transition
Initial polymer concentration= 1mg/ml Volume=1 ml DMSO(40 ℃) Adding 9 ml water (40 ℃) Colloid Briefly shaking The formation of a vesicle having the ability to change its shape in response to external stimuli is considered to be an important step in the transition from inanimate organic compounds toward cellular life. Slight indentations.78 (b) Stomatocytes.79 (c) Fully collapsed “kippah” structure; kippah is a Hebrew word for both dome and the traditional skullcap Vesicles (Spherical and Fully Collapsed) are formed at higher temperature (40 ℃) .

8 Summary When DMSO is used as cosolvent, nanosheets nanostructure were formed at room temperature and characterized by TEM and AFM 2. The vesicle could be also witnessed by increasing the temperature in DMSO cosolvent system which was characterized by TEM Future work More higher temperature experiments (60 ℃, 80 ℃) would be tried to find if more different morphologies are discovered. Investigate the possible reason for the temperature-induced self-assembly.
