2. The purpose of the Exhibition is to organize efficient dialogue of customers, manufacturers and suppliers of goods and services for disabled persons on the Russian largest trading platform.
Important:
the exhibition is held for the seventh time;

the official support of the executive and legislative authorities of the Russian Federation and social organizations of disabled persons.

9. Special events: Festival of arts "Parafest 2016“
Mission of the festival :
• the development by persons with disabilities of their personality, talents and creativity;
• stimulation of persons with disabilities self-realization;
• popularization of persons with disabilities as creative individuals.
Distinctive features of the festival:
No restrictions neither on age, nor on the nature of the diseases of persons .
The youngest – 6 years old, the oldest – 90 years old.
“Parafest" - the only event of such scale where people with mental disorders can take part without limitations.
