1. DANEBURY AVENUE SURGERY PATIENT PARTICIPATION GROUP MISSION STATEMENT
The purpose of the Danebury Avenue Surgery Patient Participation Group is to support and strengthen the relationship between the practice and it’s patients in a positive manner in order to maintain and improve on the existing services.
The Group will work together with the Practice to enhance communication, raise patient awareness on priorities and current issues, increasing patient knowledge on health matters as well as providing support to the Practice.
