2. Pom Mission statement:
To turn the hearts of parents to their children, and the hearts of children to their parents, as the best practice for preventing children from joining negative lifestyles.

4. Pom is designed to focus on the parent.
Unlike parenting classes that tend to focus on the child’s development and emotional needs, POM focuses on the parent and their need to develop their own emotional maturity, character and skills to raise happy, healthy and successful children.

Parents are empowered as leaders by learning to work on ourselves before working on our children.

10. Conventional parenting classes fail to achieve long-term results because they focus on the rebellious behavior of children rather than on the immature behavior of parents.

Neglecting to learn the proper use of discipline with small children is a mistake parents cannot afford to make.

16. Parents who earn respect and obedience to their authority lay a foundation for good family relationships.

Emotional maturity is not only confronting wrong behavior, but also takes the initiative to reconcile strained relationships.
