4. Main production workshops
Float glass is manufactured on the equipment of Techint company, Italy. Estimated daily production capacity of the glass furnace is 200 tons.
Glass jars are manufactured on the equipment of PVM-12A, Russia and EMHART GLASS company, Germany. Estimated daily production capacity of the glass furnace is 135 tons.
Glass bottles are manufactured on the equipment of VV-7, Russia and EMHART GLASS, Germany. Estimated daily production capacity of the glass furnace is 160 tons.

5. Additional production.
The company created additional production of silkscreen covering glass. This will expand the range of consumers and take rightful place in the market.

10. The use of production capacities

11. Infrastructure
The factory possesses gas, electricity, drinking water, and waste water networks. It is connected to the communication system.
The plant is supplied with gas under 4.0 kPa pressure by Muyon state district power plant.
Electricity is supplied by Kuvasay state district power plant by two 35kV elecricity networks. Factory’s main substation power is кWA. The works provides electricity to its workshops by 10 substations each having power of 15 kV.
Railway and highways are adjacent to the plant.
The facility is equipped with lifting mechanisms to implement lifting works.
