PILATES/PILATES PLUS BOOTY BLAST WARRIOR CONDITIONING
SPRINT is a cycle workout built on the science of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) It’s a quick & intense style of training that returns rapid results with minimal joint impact. GRIT cardio is a 30minute high intensity interval training workout that features explosive high impact movements designed to burn fat and improve athletic ability. WARRIOR CONDITIONING 45min-60mins of movement dedicated to mobility, agility, strength and conditioning. This class has explosive power, utilises exciting tools and movement patterns that mimic everyday life and gives you warrior confidence ** Class Limit = 16 BOOTY BLAST This class is designed to target the entire lower body. It focuses on helping you condition, tone & strengthen your calves, thighs & gluts (booty). Suitable for all fitness levels. PILATES/PILATES PLUS Pilates improves flexibility, builds strength, develops control and endurance in the whole body. It puts emphasis on alignment, breathing and developing a strong powerhouse and improving coordination and balance. PILATES PLUS is a progression classes from basic the PILATES classes. * Denotes that this class is not suitable for Prenatal or Postnatal participants From circuit-style routines to creative muscle-toning exercises. This class will utilize various equipment & body weight exercises so that each class will bring it’s own unique challenge to conquer
