VALIDATE MRC USING THE WORK CENTER PMS MANUAL:
Validation of MRC (MRC to MIP, LOEP, Change Page)
Maintenance person review MRC become generally familiar with the actions needed to accomplish the MR
Follow appropriate safety precautions, hazardous material, PPE, Lockout/Tag-out
Identify tools, parts, material and test equipment
Identify the equipment using EGL
Demonstrate all the steps of Maintenance Requirement

Conduct standard tag-out procedures for maintenance requirement
Provide personnel safety and prevent equipment damage
Authorizing Officers are responsible for the strict enforcement of the tag-out requirements
Responsible for the administration of the tag-out log
All personnel must be familiar with tag-out procedures
CONDUCT TAG-OUT:
Conduct standard Tag-out procedures for Maintenance Requirement
Provide personnel safety and prevent equipment damage
Authorizing Officers are responsible for the strict enforcement of the tag-out requirements
Responsible for the administration of the tag-out log
All personnel must be familiar with Tag-out procedures
Conduct Tag-out of Arc Welder/ Lock-out of Forklift Truck
