Great Communities Create Great Education.
2
The story is bigger than just academic data.
3
Success, for students, is no longer one dimensional.
There is an important progression at play. We are facing this head on, in ways that few other districts are willing to tackle in today’s world.

Educating the Whole Student
5
It’s not you, or me. It’s US.
% No matter how much we may want it to be different, the key to building a school district that we can all admire is founded on strong community ownership and partnerships. From recruiting and training our staff to the critical involvement of parents and community leaders, a school is a product that is designed by the COMMUNITY.

1. Strategy 3. Resource Development 2. Organizational Alignment
WHAT SOUND, LONG-TERM GROWTH LOOKS LIKE: 1. Strategy *We form a strong point of view about the things that matter deeply to us, the obstacles we face to achieve those things, and the best ways we can overcome those obstacles with our real resources. 2. Organizational Alignment *We build our district around our strategy. Over time, we want all the pieces of the district to form a strong and interconnected whole. 3. Resource Development *We need to put the right people in the right places, have them work on solving the right problems, and provide them with all the resources they need to perform at a high level.
