7. 7 CodeChef and ICPC In 2010, we launched our Go For Gold Initiative.
We go to colleges and conduct orientations sessions about ICPC - In last 2 years alone we have been to over 75 colleges in the country.
We started training faculty on using competitive programming and an online judge in teaching.
We have been supporting ACM ICPC India regionals since last 7 years now.
We reimburse travel to the participants of ICPC, encourage the RCD’s to invite more teams. 7

the quality of the top programmers from India is still far behind the top programming talent of countries like Russia, China, Poland, Ukraine and others 8
