Population 6. The population in London for people is million. The population in England for people is million. England has more people in it because London is in England so if you counted the people in England then you would add London’s people into the answer as well and all the other places which live in England.

Royal Family 8. The queen is the fortieth monarch since William the conqueror gained the crown of England. In 2002, at the age of 76 the queen was the oldest monarch to have celebrated a golden jubilee. Did you know that Prince Williams full name is Prince William Arthur Philip Louis of Wales. Prince Harry’s full name is Prince Henry Charles Albert David of Wales.

Transport 9. There are lots of different kinds of transport in London including buses, cars, underground trams, the Dockland Light Railway and lots more. Those that I’ve just mentioned are normally used by the out and about people but the Queen’s family use Bentleys and Limousines or even Range Rovers to drive around in.

Government The Prime Minister lives at number 10 Downing Street next door to him lives The Chancellor of the exchequer. They both go to work at the Houses of Parliament. There they discuss how to look after Britain with other members of Parliament.
